   Welcome to the blog page for Harlem's first organic salon! I'm Ruth Brooks and I'm the stylist and owner of Simply Hair Salon.  Licensed since 1986, I've learned the valuable skills needed to perfect my craft while apprenticing under some of the best hairstylists in Midtown. Now in my third year of ownership, with my specialty being in organic hair care, I've been able to open my clientel to a whole new world of organic products.
